WORKWEAR: Why it matters what you wear to do projects in + DIY Wear Line Launch!

I’m launching a women’s DIY wear line this week and some people on the Internet are big, mad about it, which I find very entertaining. We’re not really here to get into the intricacies of the trolling, but this is opening up a larger conversation that’s super important and that is: why does it matter what you wear to do DIY projects in?
There’s lots of angles to this because there’s lots of ways this can look, anything from the everyday person painting a wall in your house, all the way up to women in the trades and actual workwear that needs to be safe and OSHA certified. I think this is a really really important conversation. The Internet does too.
