Travel-Inspired Home Design: How to use your experiences to shape your home’s function and story + insights from The Louvre Decorative Arts Department

Today’s episode is all about travel and how travel can inspire architecture and design. I just got back from a trip to Europe and I was feeling very inspired, and also assessing how I was going to translate the inspiration into my house. We’re going to break down practical steps for how to do that. I also want to give you some fun insights because I visited a couple really cool museums around design and architecture that I think have some really cool ideas where, especially if you didn’t go to design school and study the history of design in-depth, this is like the Cliff Notes version, that will help you use it in your house versus having to spend years studying furniture styles and how they evolved.
