I bought an 1840’s DUMPSTER FIRE + my real estate investing journey

This episode, I think it’s gonna be very fun because it’s story time. I’m gonna share my journey of real estate investing in a very transparent way. If you don’t know, what you don’t know, and you don’t even know where to get started, seeing an example and template of what it could look like can inform what parts are for you and what are not.
Essentially, real estate investing has always been something I was attracted to from the very beginning and it was always like a black box when I talk to people about it as far as how to do it. I think it’s a really hot topic now, especially in light of COVID. There’s like the rise of the short term rental market that happened during that era now is kind of uncertain as to what the future of that looks like. There’s a lot of things at play on a large scale.
So, I want this to be my raw and real story of how I did, what I did, and what I’m doing, so that it can help you if you’re interested in real estate investing to see what’s possible.
